Rick leads IPL Wealth & Asset Management’s acquisition integration team and has worked in the industry since 1983. As an industry influencer and part of the executive leadership team, he drives practice management discussions, initiating opportunities to support the firm’s financial advisors and helping create effective strategies to deploy company resources.

Before joining IPL Wealth & Asset Management in 2006, Rick founded Plan Advisory Services and built it into one of the most respected advisory firms in the nation. He is a Certified Mergers and Acquisition Advisor® and was named one of the “100 Most Influential People in the 401(k) Industry” by 401(k)Wire.
